In ~150 words:
Ben is co-founder of Teacher's Buddy, the AI platform built around each individual school. Where generic AI speaks no school's language, Teacher's Buddy is configured to a school's own vision, frameworks and learners - so every classroom reflects the school's standard, and teachers are not left to struggle with a one-size-fits-all chatbot.
Its Workspace handles the planning, differentiation, assessment and marking, generating materials nuanced for every classroom, controlled by the teacher and never handed to students. The PD Hub turns the latest education research, news and events into personalised learning pathways, so teachers grow as fast as their students do.
It's Ben's second time at reshaping education. He previously co-founded Edrolo, used by over 1,000 Australian high schools and millions of students. He also mentors at Startmate. Outside of startups, Ben sits on the board of a leading independent school, Toorak College, a committee at WEHI (Walter & Eliza Hall Institute), and the board of his family's private charity. He's a CFA Charterholder with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and held earlier roles at Goldman Sachs JBWere and KPMG.
