Ben is co-founder of Teacher's Buddy, an AI platform giving teachers back their time and creating headspace. The Workspace handles the admin grind, including lesson planning, differentiation, assessment writing, and marking, saving teachers hours every week. The PD Hub turns the latest education research, news and events into personalised learning pathways, so teachers grow as fast as their students do.

It's Ben's second crack at reshaping education. He previously co-founded Edrolo, now used by over 1,000 Australian high schools and backed by Blackbird, AirTree and OneVentures, with a team of 70+ and global ambitions.

Outside of startups, Ben sits on the board of Toorak College, a committee at WEHI and the board of his family’s private charity. He's a CFA Charterholder with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and earlier roles at Goldman Sachs JBWere and KPMG. He's also tutored privately and volunteered at a children's home in Thailand.
